Kilo Cloud Agents is an AI-driven cloud coding environment that lets developers write, debug, and refactor code from any device — no local machine needed.
How It Works
Each session spins up an isolated Linux container preloaded with common development tools (Node.js, Git, GitHub CLI, GitLab CLI, and more). When a session begins, Kilo automatically clones your repository and creates a unique branch. Every message you send triggers an auto-commit and push, so your work is never lost — even if your laptop closes or loses connectivity.
Containers are ephemeral by design: they spin down during inactivity and back up on demand. Sessions inactive for 7 days are removed, but remain accessible via CLI for local restore.
