1. Account Creation

When using certain services, you may need to create an account. You commit to providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including protecting your password and limiting access to your computer.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not these activities are authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

You agree not to use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or rules
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties

2. Tool Submission Guidelines

When submitting tools to our directory, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your tool
• Only submit tools that you own, represent, or have authorization to list
• Ensure submitted tools comply with applicable laws and ethical standards
• Not submit tools that contain malicious software, illegal content, or violate third-party rights
• Keep tool information updated and notify us of significant changes
• Respect our review process and editorial decisions regarding listing approval

3. Prohibited Listings

We are a directory of mainstream productivity and creative AI tools. Regardless of whether a submission is free or paid, we do not accept, and will remove, listings for tools that fall into any of the following categories:

• Adult or pornographic content, or any service intended for sexual gratification
• AI tools that advertise uncensored, unfiltered, or NSFW generation of images, video, audio, or text
• Tools marketed for undressing, nudifying, sexualizing, or producing non-consensual imagery of real people
• AI companion, girlfriend, or roleplay services marketed on sexual or adult themes
• Gambling, betting, and other games of chance with monetary or material prizes
• Illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, and any product or service prohibited by applicable law
• Tools whose primary purpose is fraud, malware, credential theft, or circumventing platform security

Free submissions are reviewed before they are published. Paid listings are published on payment and are reviewed afterwards. In either case, if a listing falls into a prohibited category, or a listed tool later changes its positioning to one, we remove it. To report a listing that you believe violates this policy, contact us at the address in the Contact Information section below.

4. Content Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right to:

• Review, approve, reject, or remove any tool submissions at our discretion
• Modify or edit tool listings for accuracy, clarity, or compliance with our guidelines
• Remove tools that violate these terms or become inactive/inaccessible
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines

5. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate parts or all of our directory services at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes changes to listing features, pricing, or platform functionality. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the services.

6. Free and Paid Listing Features

Free listings include a smaller set of features than paid listings. Details of what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page. Access to additional features requires a one-time purchase of a paid listing plan; there are no trials, recurring quotas, or usage-based charges.

1. Listing Plans and Pricing

We offer a free basic listing and paid listing plans with enhanced visibility and additional features. All paid listing plans are billed as a single one-time payment in US dollars. We do not offer subscriptions, and we never automatically renew or re-charge a listing. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. We may change pricing at any time; changes apply only to new purchases.

2. Payment Processing

Payments for paid listings are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize a single charge for the listing plan you select. Charges appear on your statement under our business name.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Because every paid plan is a one-time charge, there is no subscription to cancel and nothing will be billed again. Our refund policy is:

• 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a paid listing, email us within 7 days of purchase and tell us what went wrong. We will try to resolve it first, and if you would still prefer a refund we will return the payment in full and remove the listing.
• If we reject or cannot publish your listing: we refund the payment in full, at any time.
• After 7 days: the listing has been delivered, so payments are generally non-refundable. If the listing was not delivered as described, contact us and we will correct it or refund you.

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights you may have under applicable law. Free listings can be removed on request at any time. To request a refund or removal, email us at the address in the Contact Information section below; we respond within 5 business days.

1. Our Platform Content

All content on AIBoom.Tools, including but not limited to platform design, code, interfaces, logos, branding, and organizational structure, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Tool Submissions and User Content

For tool information, descriptions, images, and other content you submit to our directory, you retain all ownership rights. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating our directory platform, including but not limited to:

• Displaying your tool in our directory and search results
• Creating promotional materials featuring submitted tools
• Optimizing content for search engines and user discovery
• Generating platform statistics and category insights

3. Third-Party Tool Rights

We respect the intellectual property rights of the tools listed in our directory. All tool names, logos, descriptions, and related content remain the property of their respective owners. Our directory serves as a promotional platform and does not claim ownership of listed tools.

4. Feedback and Suggestions

For any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide about our platform, you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction and without compensation to you for platform improvement purposes.

Our directory platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

2. Tool Listings and Third-Party Services

Our directory contains information about and links to third-party tools, websites, and services. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, functionality, or quality of listed tools
• The availability, security, or performance of third-party tools
• Any transactions, disputes, or issues arising from your use of listed tools
• The content, privacy practices, or business practices of tool providers
• Any damages or losses resulting from your use of listed tools

3. No Endorsement

Inclusion in our directory does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any tool's quality, safety, or suitability for your specific needs. Users should conduct their own research and due diligence before using any listed tools.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AIBoom.Tools regarding the use of our directory platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether oral or written.

2. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Modified Terms will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our platform indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
